  1. Im not sure if the 300ex is the same as the 400ex but when i did changed my rear pads to ebc they kept getting hung up on the caliper and i couldnt seperate them wide enough to get them over the rotor. Eventually Saturns moons aligned with Venus and the pads mysteriously fell into place. Not sure how but when all was together there was about a 1/16" of space on each side of the rotor till i used the brake. I still dont know what happened Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2
  2. Most atvs have a parking brake delete mod because the park brake sometimes doesnt release fully and causes drag. Even though the service brake and park brake are to different systems they both use the rear caliper to hold the atv in place. Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2

  13. Agreed showing 12v doesnt guarantee it has the cranking power to turn the engine over. Have the battery tested. While your at it check your grounds. Dont look at em take them off and sandpaper the metal underneath Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2

  15. I have the harbor freight tri-fold ramps i think they were 60-70 bux great ramp but a little bulky. I would plunk down the extra coin for the aluminum tri folds. They also have a three across ramp thats aluminum too. Works for trikes Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2

  22. Yeah the only thing that sucks about small shops is the turn around time. He has answered all my questions truthfully and keeps me informed as to what step he is on the motor. Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2
  23. I tried pressing them out with a 20 ton press with no luck. I heated them in the oven at 350° for 20 min and popped the bearings out with a drift punch and hammer with very little force. There is a machined lip on the inside of the hub preventing the bearings from being pressed out Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2
