  1. I suspect the sprockets/chain are wore. If that isnt it, check back.
  2. IMO, you have a plugged jet. Remove the carb, take the bowl off, remove both jets and make sure they are open.
  3. It could be lots of things but Id start with a good carb cleaning.
  4. Hmmm...makes sence.. Thats what you recommend to your auto customers right.. ~no reason to change your oil , itll come apart and well change it then~...j/k. LMAO
  5. Get into the clutchs and see whats wrong. Find a site with a fiche so you know how it is supposed to be. Being a mechanic, I feel you will be fine.
  6. Try atv connection. They have a big chinese mini section. Its obviously a china brand and I think its a 110cc clone.
  7. If I was to put a line on, I bleed the top banjo and the caliper bleed. Bleeding at the top would save some time imo. In your case Id just bleed the caliper. I believe that the bubbles will not rise fast enought and that yes, you should be able to bleed at the caliper.
  8. Item: 5LP-23579-00-00 $29.09 powersportswarehouse.com I think I punched up a 2012 grizz as I didnt know the exact year. OB is correct. If the threads are good where the nut sits, Ive been known to use a triangle type file to fix the other threads.
  9. You need 2 big hammers. You use one hammer on one side holding tight on the knucke. Hit the other side of the knukle hard with the other hammer. Should pop em right off.
  10. Id get a factory belt. Ive not seen a rope winch. Cant help there.
  11. The polaris mini stators are well known to go bad. I think you have the piston correct but:: arrow toward exhaust. Go to atv connection and ask "old polaris tech"
  12. Youll need 2 stroke oil for the motor side. 10-30/40 for the transmission side.
  13. #2, You maybe could with great expense ( so really no). #3, IMO a machine w/2000+ miles can still have plenty of life left in them. I sold my Suz 4x4 w/ 2400 miles and it was still in great shape.
  14. Id be looking for a yamaha, Suzuki, or Kymco. I prefer a CVT (belt driven).
  15. Ask "old Polaris tech" at atv connection.
  16. Id:: Clean the carb, fuel tank, and change the oil.
  17. Ill let my wife know. She critisizes everything...
  18. Ethanol! Shut the fuel off and let the carb run dry when done riding. That should help. I (and alot of others) are switching to non ethanol gas because of this problem.
  19. Id check the compression. Is the pipe plugged?
  20. You can spray carb cleaner around the carb area for leaks but Id start out with a good carb cleaning. Take it off, remove the bowl. Remove both jets to make sure they are open, spray/blow all the lil holes. Spray in the carb...That was funny.
  21. Did you clean the carb? If not, try that. Remove both jets to make sure that they are clean and blow everything out.
  22. Providing this isnt a high idle situation, You need to inspect the clutchs. Something isnt releasing. You can ask "old Polaris Tech" at atv connection.
