    I agree, But I liked their old style.(original) The new hood and grill makes it look like the Honda Big Red.

    Welcome to the site, it could be a loose wire, CDI, Stator... Start by double checking all connections.

    Can Am is a great machine when they stay together. Look at what happen to John Natalie when he switched from Honda to Can Am...he disappeared in the points standings. The 3 Can Am's that race in my series, 2 of them have yet to finish a race and the 3rd is leading the points.

    They are both completely different when it comes to ergonomics. Sit on them before you get set on one. The TRX is possibly the best all around 450, with a new rear linkage from G T Thunder - Technology on the move!!!!!!!! the handling is increased on what is one of the best handling already. They also rebuild stock shocks to make them just as good as aftermarket for a hell of a lot cheaper. If you are tall, you will most likely feel cramped on the YFZ.

    No other 450 responds to aftermarket parts like the TRX, it is the ultimate platform for a racer. If you got the money, KTM is the most race ready. Suzuki is good with it's 50" wide stance and the new YFZ is the same. They all have completely different ergonomics, so make sure you sit on all of them before you decide.

    The TRX suspension is not that bad, the thing is no one takes the time to set up their suspension. I will agree that the new YFZ and the Suzuki are track ready at 50" wide with a bit better suspension. No other 450 quad pulls as hard as the TRX coming out of turns. The unicam allows it to rev faster than the DOHC machines. The handling on the TRX is absolutely crisp. I think it is the most comfortable 450 quad available. Honda has always had the best ergonomics. Plus, no other machine responds to aftermarket upgrades like the TRX. Plus it is a Honda, it will last forever.(as long as you take care of it) There is a reason that 80% of Baja 1000 ATV entries are on the TRX450.

    What exactly are you asking? You said that everything fits but the brake caliper is bigger? Change brake calipers.

    The neutral light blinking is giving you an error code. I have read many other post with similar problems and it was due to the angle sensor.

    I don't know that I would try to weld it. If you trust your welding that much. You can get a new one for about 200.
