    i think there is a de-compression adjustment you can fiddle with to lower the compression at the start-ups ... it is on the cylinder head, you're valves might be tight too.

    just read your other post and went looking online ... it's probably this : worn compression rings, & oil control rings, worn bore, worn ring grooves - do a leakdown test and that will tell you for almost certain ...

    i think about the only way you can test the acuator is by removing it and put current to it. there might be an inline fuse for it to check too ...

    you'll have to search for a bolt pattern of 4 (stud holes) x 110mm (distance from centre to centre of stud holes). maybe try a honda civic ???

    i'm not sure on that. how was the voltage running thru the system? did you check the regulator?
