  1. check the diaphram under the choke cover, it may be split where you cant see, the air/fuel mix screw should be from all the way in to out 2 1/2 turns. check the float height, with the carb removed, take the bowl off, the float should hang and measure just over a half inch to bottom of matting surface of bowl. you could possibly rejet and you might have to adjust the needle from the throttle cable down one place via c-clip already provided on it ...

  13. there is a spring with the air/fuel mix screw if that helps
  14. Take the cover off and start it. Be careful of loose clothing in that area. You will probably find the noise louder from there. Probably springs gone ... the chirp is probably because everything is out of whack or you may luck out just needing a belt ...
  15. might be the clutch going/gone ... hard to say ... worth a look inside the cover for sure
  16. try replacing the fuel pump filter ...

  19. mostly depends on the terrain you have to ride ... im not sure with the sport tires really, maybe someone else will jump in ...
  20. if you are putting aftermarket exhaust on it, i would rejet it ... i am pretty sure if you buy a high performance exhaust, they have a rejet kit for it ... do that first, then if you need a better cdi or clutch kit, you ll know ...
