  8. I use Valvoline ATV oil which has all the additives needed. Some use AMSOIL ATV oil.
  9. BB..sorry, I never commented on this thread...but that's a sweet atv. I like it. My friend has an 09 also, camo. Before that he had an 07 yellow Rubicon. This is him: crazyeddy's ATV Page » QUADCRAZY ATV Community but he doesn't come on much online.
  10. I'll see if I can get some suggestions from a friend of mine who has a Rancher. * I added the year, make, and model of atv into your thread, to get better responses.

    Hello

  15. Yes buy a manual. Here is a diagram of it: 2005 Yamaha YFM45FAT KODIAK 450 4WD OEM Parts, 2005 Yamaha YFM45FAT KODIAK 450 4WD OEM Replacement Parts - BikeBandit.com #30 is the float and #13 is the pin that gets corroded usually
  16. Cool..I'm down closer to NYC westchester county.
  17. So who watched the game last night and saw the Yanks get a spanking from Lee?
  18. Welcome to QUADCRAZY and congrats on teh machine! I used to own an 04 Kodiak 450. How much did you pay for that if you don't mind me asking, and where in New York are you from?
  19. I would do what DD said..sounds like a fuel starvation issue to me. All the lines to the carb on corectly?
  20. That's great, I'm happy for you. It's an awesome feeling when it's something as simple as that!
  21. Here's a great thread on this: http://www.quadcrazy.com/atvforum/honda-atv-forum/7164-looking-winch-advise.html
  22. Mike can you start a new thread and title it "2007 Arctic Cat 700 EFI 4x4 Wiring Diagram" ? i will sticky it in the Arctic cat forum...it's good info for the community and thanks for posting it!
  23. Change the oil, once the oil brekas down it becomes thin and starts to pass into the combustion chamber which is the cause of the blue smoke. use only ATV oil As for hesitation, DD is right..these things are notorius for getting floats stuck after sitting for a while. I had a 2004 kodiak before my King Quad.. sat for 3 months in a car port...had to unstick the corroded float pin. I always use valvoline ATV oil that I can get at the auto parts store: Valvoline.com > Products > Motor Oil > Motorcycle ATV Oil ATV oil has the needed addditives.
  24. I'm gonna hand out the candy and eat half of it that my wife sets aside for the kids in scary costumes!!!!!!!
