  1. Ok... I know..mine are pathetic...but the weather and my schedule has not been cooperating. I didn't do any around the house, just a walk way and one tree. Maybe I'll do another tree next week. Attached...let's see some lights! I know you guys can do better that I have.
  2. When you say "crank" are you saying that it sounds like it wants to start? If you're spraying starting fluid and it only sounds like it's going to start then...yes...it's not getting fuel. Check your fuel petcock and make sure it's ok...there should be a lever or switch on the side of the quad or somewhere closer to the carb that has an ON, OFF, and RES setting. Make sure itis not on OFF..due to the fact that it was stored. You may need to take the carb apart as it might have a stuckj float due to sitting around..happns. If the float is stuck down, fuel will not enter the carb bowl.
  3. The oil should be the same for the motor and tranny. I believe there is a small filter in that carb, but I'm not 100% sure. That quad has the shifters in the middle, right? * Adjusted your thread title to include your atv info.
  4. Let is snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!
  5. Make sure the fuel switch is not off or on reserve. Also some quads you need to hold the handbrake when starting it or put it in park. when you crank it, does it seem the starter is moving slow? You may want to add a booster to the battery if so. Maybe the battery is week and not strong enough to fully crank it over. Another thing, since it was sitting...your float in your carb could be stuck. You could spray some fuel into the air intake to see if it is a fuel starvation issue.
  6. Nice quad, my friend has one.
  7. yeah, me neither...
  8. I just viewed yours... Please view mine!!!
  9. I have not popped the guage out on those, but I'm assuming there may be a clip behind it. coderunner, did you ever get it solved?
  10. Welcome aboard!
  11. Congrats on the atv. First, with key on , is there power? What happens when you hit the start button? I know you charged the battery, but it still could be dead. Did you try the pull start? Is the choke working properly and on when starting?
  12. Nice..I like this one:
  13. Is your choke working properly? * Updated your thread title with manufacturer name.
  14. I just corrected the title of this thread a bit.... It said "crab specs".
  15. Good info. I'll have to tell my friend who has a Rubicon.
  16. So where's her post with her SideXSide??? I'm surprised we do not have more UTVers...
  17. You can always insert a tube. Like BB said..sopa and water to check for leaks. I have had 3 plugs in one tire and a couple in another....because of small leaks.
  18. Did you ever get anything?
  19. My friend has an 87 Yamaha Warrior...runs without issue. Who knows how many hours are on it!!!
