  1. Josh, hang in there buddy. I am so sorry for you having to deal with this. You and your family will continue to be in my prayers.
  2. Ethan welcome to QuadCrazy. I concur with the battery issue that Bot and Ajmboy are talking about plus if you battery is weak it really taxes your starter. Let us know what happens.
  3. Welcome Mike. Glad you are here.
  4. Bot "Fit the sprocket under the chain and slip it over the shoulder on the camshaft so that the "LF300" mark on the sprocket aligns with the pointer on the cylinder head. Screw in the camshaft sprocket bolt and tighten it to the specified torque(30 ft-lbs), while holding the crankshaft from turning with a wrench on the alternator rotor bolt. Install the camshaft chain tensioner. Before going any further, check the cam timing. Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise with a wrench on the the alternator rotor bolt, until the "LF300" mark on the sprocket realigns with the pointer on the head. The "T" mark on the alternator rotor should align with the slot. If the camshaft timing is not correct, remove the sprockets from the camshaft, and install it again as detailed above. Smear a little engine oil on the camshaft cover O-ring, and push the cover into place. Put in the camshaft cover bolts and tighten them securely. Install the timing inspection plug. install the recoil starter. install the air intake duct. install the fuel tank. I know this is a little more info but I thought it might help. Let me know if you need anything else.
  5. Bot I totally forgot to do this last night, it was kinda hectic. I will try and get this for you tonight.
  6. Hang in there DD. Thinking about you brother.

  8. That will be great. Love to see them.
  9. Welcome to QuadCrazy Sanjay. It does sound like a great trip. Tire Balls are.. well it is easier just to send you to the website: Tireballs.com They help with not getting flat tires.
  10. My brother-in-law finally decided that he would buy my son's Predator 90 for his son. He came over the other day to check it out and see if his son would ride it and while my brother-in-law was on it it died. He and my son tried to get it started back but couldn't. I got home and checked it and it has no spark. I have tested the stator and it seems that it is ok. Does anyone know how to test a CDI on this machine? Thanks Scott
  11. I didn't know you have one of these? I will try and look in my repair manual when I get home.
  12. Sounds like a good deal. I would just make sure like BB said that you have no rubbing anywhere. Congratulations on the quad. I know you will enjoy it.
  13. They are nice machines, hope you enjoy it.

  15. Welcome to QuadCrazy Swampcat! Glad your here. Looks like quite a killer machine you have.
  16. Sounds like you have some good places to start. Let's see some pix when you can. I don't know much about that model.
  17. Cool I would be interested in how this comes out. My brother-in-law has one that has to be rebuilt and would like to share with him your experience.
  18. Good Morning!! That sammich looks good. I am kinda hungry. Hope everyone is doing well.
  19. DD man I am sorry to hear that but I like everyone else I don't fault you for what you did. I think that especially since he swung first and had already assaulted your sister got whatever he deserved. This is what is wrong with our country right now. He should take responsibility for what he has done. This is kinda like robbing someone and slipping on their floor and suing them. If he hadn't hurt your sister in the first place none of what he got would have happened. I will be praying that your sister recovers quickly and that you get some justice out of this.
  20. Looks good. Congratulations!! I know you will have a blast with it.
