    how clean is the carb? maybe needle and seat need attention. you could try spraying carb clean in while it running, and even add some gas additive. easy things to do before tearing the carb apart ....

    you won't find them, you have to make up your own. there's been a few threads before asking the same thing ...

    stater/pull start won't effect the spark. take the plug out and leave it connected to the coil wire, let the plug rest against the head/spark plug hole and pull start it. you should have brilliant blue and consistant. if nothing or weak color, maybe coil or stator ...

    i don't have the 160 manual, but the 250. another forum said the dealer said .008 on the exhaust and .006 for the intake.

    when you get it going, there is an adjustment screw, it shouldnt flame out past 2 inches from the cone ...

    don't put any gas in it. are you burning kerosene or diesel? there are conditioners for diesel that will work for kerosene. i know those things are tempermental, mine was a bi*** from new until i tweaked it just right ...

    i'm wondering why the reverse light is on, maybe stuck in reverse? is the reverse activated up on the handlebar with a cable?
