  1. I have heard of some riders flushing the engine with diesel but if you can't figure out how to drain it I would not recommend that. What I would recommend is get some cheap oil and do a few oil changes before you put the good oil in. Similar to if you got water in the oil. I think I was getting 4 quarts of oil at Wal-Mart for $12.
  2. Ya I think she is used to having other brands in the shop. The wildcat was my first choice but it is just too wide. She has seen her share of trail riding but now with more and more runs through the pit the Cat is just pretty much set up for WOT runs through the mud pit. I still trail ride it sometimes but the high center of gravity makes off camber really hard to navigate.
  3. I would say it's time to spam facebook and twitter again with links to quad crazy.
  4. Ya that is happening up our way alot also but us OHV guys are pushing back.
  5. It had a little bit of everything. It is funny looking back her Cat looks so diffrent now.
  6. They must be embarased by their slow quads
  7. Thanks I went with the 800 because it has been tested and proven for many years and can am even noted 18mpg but I will believe that when I see it. If I was racing the thing I would have went with the 1000 but for a trail bike it should have plenty of power.
  8. Welcome to the forums. My wife rides with me all of the time. Actually I can't get here to stay home anymore LOL. She has become really proficient and I can now take her along on some of the more channeling rides. Enjoy your time on the trails and we know there will be a big smile on your face as you pass all the guys who can't keep up.
  9. Sometimes you just have to get out riding even if it is only for a short while, that helps to clear the cabin fever.
  10. August 25th is the Pine Twp VFD Poker Run at their property.
  11. That's a good looking quad. Take some time and waterproof it if your are going to be playing in the mud. That grizz will last you a long time.
  12. Snow!!!! That's crazy. Good Morning Everybody.
  13. I put about 25 easy miles on it this weekend to break it in. The power is very noticable over the teryx and I love the way the seating is laid out. The is alot of space and almost everything is adjustable. The only two faults I could find so far is that the shocks are set too stiff and there is a werid squeek somewhere on the SXS.
  14. Scrubgrass Village OHV Park is new and rather close to you. Also check out tri county atv and snow shoe. They may be a little futher but well worth the drive. I know they are cracking down on illegal riding in that area.
  15. Good Morning Everyone! What a long weekend.
  16. It could be a weak starter with bad brushes. It draws too much power to turn over the moto and buzzes. The same thing happened to me. Take out the plugs and see if the motor turns over without any compression.
  17. Good Morning, time to hit the trails.
  18. I for one an very happy that Ox keeps things intresting around here. QC seems to be growing while some of the other forums are ghost towns. Ox and CK were a big part of that. Thanks Guys.
  19. SNUD is the best to ride in. It keeps things intresting.
