    Good luck Joe! My buddy from this post is leaving IRAQ in a few days. He also said he will do well financially for going. He's in the Marines. He said the base he was on was nice, pool, internet access, gym, etc... I've been keeping in touch with him via e-mail. You'll have to log in here and keep us posted if you have some down time and the internet... Hopefully your 5 months will fly by! What's your position, job, etc...?

    I would rip the carb out like you said you were going to do, and a compression test like DirtDemon said. I'm leaning towards a carb issue. By a rebuild kit from the dealer.

    Welcome to QUADCRAZY Freddie! Sounds like you have a choke issue or carb issue. Has the quad been sitting in the past? I would pull that carb out and clean it, check the float. I had a Bayou 220 with a choke problem, I believe it was a frozen cable I replaced.

    Does it feel like it's stalling the engine when you put it in gear or is the power just shutting off. Is it a slow engine sputter down or loose all power...

    I just looked also, can't seem to find a wiring diagram for you... Not sure if the Polaris website will have info, did you register with their riders section where they have parts & manuals? Polaris : User Signon

    Has it been sitting a while? Maybe the float is getting stuck. Take the carb apart to see what's going on, maybe it's starviing on fuel.

    Thank you everyone, this is the most "Happy Birhday" wishes I got in years!!! Thank you. Applebees was ok, I wasn't crazy about the food. The funny thing is that all week I was telling my wife I wanted to go to Applebees, when I really meant Olive Garden subconsciously....Not sure how I messed it up in my head, but I realized I was in the wrong place when we got there... I stopped and thougt about it..I really wanted to go to Olive Garden....how the ....did we end up at Applebees? LOL...

It's insanity. This new law should be specifically targeting the small junky dangerous lead toys made out of china. Issues & legislation of interest to motorcyclists
