You should GUNK that motor and see where the oil is coming from. I like BOTS idea, if that does not work, get someone to weld a 1/2 inch nut to the broken bolt, or drill the thing out enough to get an easy out bolt remover in there. Have you checked the oil level? -

What is the year, make, and model of your atv?

That's greta advice DD. That machine has 4WD and Diff lock, right? You can also take a look at your brake adjustments, I believe there is a cable adjusten't on that model for the rear brakes.

It also sounds to me like you need to check your jetting...but I'm going with not enough fuel as you changed your intake and all. You may need to increase your jet size.

Yeah great review! I know on my friend's Grizzly, I would always be up against the gas tank. It's nice to know that this can solve that.

If it's in the shop...they should be able to find it. It might be your starter causing a huge load when you turn the key to start it. Disconnect the cable/connectors from the starter and turn that key on..see if the fuse blows. if it doesn't blow, your starter is the issue.

Hey Scott, what problems did you have with it? Mine has been working fine so far. I downloaded full mp3 songs and it uses them as ring tones, no editing needed! I also like it because I can open an excel, word, or .pdf document. I have my work Microsoft exchange e-mail, AOL, & GMAIL all synched on one screen. Makes it so easy. I can access QC from the browser.

I agree, it may be arelay and running it on all the time will just burn your fan out prematurely. If you have to, run a toggle switch. It's very possible that it's a coolant sensor issue. -
