  1. * Adjusted thread title to include model and make. What year is this quad?
  2. Once you have the axle out, cut the clamp off the larger side of the boot and pull back, or take the entire boot off by cutting it. Under the joint there is a clip that you need a special tool to get off, it's a "C" clip. Once that is off, you can use a brass hammer to knock off the joint. Install the new boot and tap the joint back on with a new clip. Fill with grease and seal the boot. * Adjusted your thread title
  3. * Adjusted yoru title for better searches. Have you checked your air filter?
  4. Looks like some fun there on the sand. You definately got your money's worth if you sold it for $100 less only.
  5. I will also add a Big Thank YOU!
  6. Hopefully it stays that way...
  7. * Changed thread title to include "2006 can am outlander 800" That's pretty cool. I wish I knew.
  8. Yes, what year is it? Have you changed the spark plug?

  12. Nice picture!
  13. I'm not sure short of taking it apart. I will ask a buddy of mine.
  14. Like DD said...it's just an issue where it's not disengaging the gear. Now the clutch worked before your did the top end? Not sure what would cause it not to all of a sudden..did you do anything to the clutch, the cable, etc...during your repairs? You just took the cyclinder head off right?
  15. That's happened to me when water gets into the intake.
  16. I've never heard that one...heating up in an oven. Why not just take a blow dryer to it? Is your ecm fried, or you don't know...the ecm sends a signal using throttle posistion, engine rpm, etc..to keep the fuel pump on or shut it off.
  17. * I changed your thread title to get you better responses from searches. That Honda transmission is a bit different and is not belt driven from what I remember. I think there are clucth packs in there though. It sounds like it's just not engaging the final drive.
  18. Thanks for the information. I was just looking at your site and was wondering, do you offer any electronic versions of your catalogs? 2008 LT-A750X (KingQuad) Service Manual - $90.00 (573+ pages) That's a steep price...how is it different from let's say these: Suzuki King Quad Service Manual LTA 700 Repair Manual PDF - Download Technical Official 2008 Suzuki LT-A750XK8 KingQuad Factory Service Manual 99500-47020-03E LT-A750XK8 KingQuad
