    could also be some dirt in the carb or the valves are a bit off. my guess would be carb though. try spraying some carb cleaner in the carb while running. could clear itself ...

    the rubber manifold boot may be cracked. when running, spray some quick start around it and see if the rpm changes. if it rises, bad boot. i think maybe there is a small piece of dirt left in the carb. if you have an air compressor, blow everything out again ... i struggled with mine not quite 10 times before i got it right ...

    i merged the threads ... no worries ... usually the lights will stay on or off because of a bad wire. sounds like one is grounding out - keeping it on ...

    yes, should be on left / drivers side, possibly by the footrest (flashlight needed as filled with dirt and guck) or right at the neck where the handlebars slide in ...

    there is an oil filter behind a round cover most likely on the drivers side of the engine with three screws holding it on. use an atv oil, 5w40 or 10w40. regular motor oil will damage your transmission. for alignment ... ATV Alignment Tips | GIO
