2006 Arctic Cat Utility transmission drive shaft replacement.
In case anyone sees my post, I will give a follow up. Removing the transmission drive shaft is quite simple. Since I already had the gears out of the transmission it only took a few minutes. First, I removed the clutch cover, second, I removed the driven clutch off the shaft, third I removed the bearing retainer on the inside of the transmission, and finally the shaft just tapped out. -

Thanks for the reply. I do have a service manual. It is probably due to my age, but I am having a hard time with the procedure it is listing. Although co-pilot says basically the same thing. I'm going to try to remove it today. Hopefully I will be back on here with what I find. -

Vehicle security
I was considering a wheel clamp lock as being easy to install when temporily stopping to eat or rest/swim. I have cable lock but it is harder to install. -
